Laboratory Development Manager (m/f/d)

(Fulltime, 40 hours per week)

  • Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.200,– gross per month based on full-time employment. Our salaries are market oriented and adapted based on your qualifications and experience.

Your Tasks:

  • Interface point of Business Development, Proposals, and Project Management teams. 
  • Communication with Sponsors (pharmaceutical companies) for details on the clinical studies and transfer of scientific knowledge internally Startup of new clinical trial projects including PBMC sample processes and other specialized sample types.
  • Laboratory search for new locations to extend the network for clinical trial sample processing.
  • Contracting with Laboratories.
  • Online and onsite Audits and Training of Network Laboratories worldwide.
  • Understand and implement Sponsor SOP‘s to create laboratory manuals and protocols.
  • Oversee qualified laboratory process transfer and complex sample processing
  • Material sourcing and ordering

Skills and Education:

  • Master’s Degree in life science plus five years of relevant experience in a laboratory environment or PhD degree with life science proposals or sales.
  • Preference (but not mandatory) for candidates with experience in business development, sales, or project planning (budget cost proposals).
  • Excellent english language skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • GMP/GCLP basic knowledge, basic knowledge of logistics, invoicing and customs matters.
  • Creative and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel in accordance of customers need.
