Laboratory Development Manager (m/f/d)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interface point of Business Development, Proposals, and Project Management teams  
  
• Startup of new clinical trial projects including PBMC sample processes
• Laboratory search for new locations to extend the network for clinical trial sample processing
• Contracting with Laboratories
• Onsite Audits and Training of Network Laboratories worldwide
  
• Understand and implement Sponsor SOP‘s to create laboratory manual
  
• Oversee qualified laboratory process transfer and complex sample processing
  
• Material sourcing and ordering
  
• Kit and label design, approval, and production to laboratory supply shipments
  

Skills and Education:

• Master’s Degree in life science plus five years of relevant experience in a laboratory environment or with life science proposals or sales.
• Good english language skills (Level B2 according to CEFR, spoken and written) or willingness for education.
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS office.
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of GMP, logistics, invoicing and customs matters
• Creative and solution-oriented thinking
• Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel in accordance of customers need.
